REPUBLIC ACT No. 9467; May 15, 2007

AN ACT RENAMING THE OZAMIZ CITY BY-PASS ROAD LOCATED IN OZAMIZ CITY AS CONGRESSMAN HILARION J. RAMIRO BY-PASS ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The Ozamiz City By-pass Road in Ozamiz City is hereby renamed as Congressman Hilarion J. Ramiro By-Pass Road.

Sec. 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways is hereby directed to implement the provision of this Act.

Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on November 29, 2005 and February 19, 2007, respectively.
