[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5615, June 21, 1969 ]

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE RECONSTRUCTION OF A GABALDON TYPE SCHOOLHOUSE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FRANCISCO, PROVINCE OF CEBU, WITH THE PRIVATE FUNDS OF MRS. ELENA P. MANINGO, AND NAMING THE SAME QUIRICO MANINGO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The elementary school in the Municipality of San Francisco, Province of Cebu, is hereby authorized  to be reconstructed, Gabaldon type, with the private funds of Mrs. Elena P. Maningo and the same to be named as the Quirico Maningo Elementary School.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon  its  approval.
