REPUBLIC ACT No. 3370

An Act Creating Certain Barrios in the Municipality of Cateel, Province of Davao

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The sitios of Cabasagan, Cauayanan and Malibago in the Municipality of Cateel, Province of Davao, are converted into barrios of said municipality to be known as the barrios of Cabasagan, Cauayanan and Malibago, respectively.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
