REPUBLIC ACT No. 3339

An Act Creating an Additional Position of Assistant Provincial Fiscal in the Province of Palawan, Amending for This Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Revised Administrative Code, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Palawan, is further amended to read as follows:

"Palawan, two assistant provincial fiscals."

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
