REPUBLIC ACT No. 2748

An Act Amending Item (5), Under "d. Bataan," Paragraph 2, Title G, Section One of Republic Act Numbered Twelve Hundred

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Item (5) under "d. Bataan," paragraph 2, Title G, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred is amended to read as follows:

"(5) Abucay Communal Irrigation System, (Labangan River)—Construction of diversion works ₱15,000.00"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
