An Act Fixing the Compensation of the Officials of the City of Manila
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. The provision of the Revised Charter of the City of Manila, as amended, to the contrary notwithstanding, officials of the said city shall receive the following annual compensation:
| Mayor | ₱15,000.00 |
| Vice-Mayor | 13,000.00 |
| Councilors | 10,000.00 |
| City Engineer | 12,000.00 |
| City Treasurer | 12,000.00 |
| Chief of Police | 12,000.00 |
| Chief, Fire Department | 12,000.00 |
| City Assessor | 12,000.00 |
| City Health Officer | 12,000.00 |
| City Public Service Officer | 12,000.00 |
| City Auditor | 12,000.00 |
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
