To my fellow students of the law and practitioners of the Republic:
When I began writing the first lines of code for the Armztrong AI Digital Legal Encyclopedia, I didn’t have a corporate budget or a team of developers. What I had was a vision: that the law shouldn't be a gatekept secret buried in dusty volumes, but a living, breathing intelligence accessible to every Filipino.
The journey to 236,950 records has been paved with thousands of sleepless nights. There were moments at 3:00 AM when the "Endless Code" felt truly infinite—when the Hierarchical Sniper engines refused to zero in (bug fixing), or the VPS hummed under the weight of a quarter-million search queries (server crashes).
But every time I see a law student find the exact doctrine they need, or a lawyer synthesize a position paper in seconds using The Counsel’s Office, the exhaustion fades.
The Professor, The Clerk, and The Counsel are more than just plugins; they are my contribution to the legal profession. However, maintaining this level of digital infrastructure—the high-performance servers, the API costs, and the constant manual anchoring to the 2026 reforms—requires resources that go beyond "creative juice."
