[ Act No. 3933, November 29, 1932 ]

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-EIGHT HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN, KNOWN AS THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. Section one of Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and thirteen is hereby amended by making subsection A, paragraph (e), page 16, appropriation No. 2, read as follows:

"For the San Antonio-San Nicolas Elementary School, Oton ………. P8.000.00."

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
