FACTS

An urgent motion was filed by the respondent in this administrative case, praying for an additional period of five (5) days from October 21, 1967, within which to file his memorandum.

ISSUE

The procedural issue is the proper disposition of the respondent’s motion for extension of time to file a memorandum.

RULING

The Court, acting en banc, referred the motion to the appointed Investigator, Mr. Justice Mojica of the Court of Appeals, for appropriate action. The Court further directed that henceforth, until the Investigator submits his report, all similar applications and/or motions shall be forwarded to him for the same purpose.
