AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT NUMBERED TWO THOUSAND AND NINETY- EIGHT, ENTITLED “AN ACT RELATING TO CONTRACTS OF PERSONAL SERVICE AND ADVANCES THEREUNDER, AND PROVIDING PUNISHMENT FOR CERTAIN OFFENSES CONNECTED THEREWITH."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. Act Numbered Two thousand and ninety- eight, entitled “An Act relating to contracts of personal service and advances thereunder and providing punishment for certain offenses connected therewith,” is hereby repealed.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
