An Act to Amend Certain Items in Republic Act Numbered One Thousand Two Hundred
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Item (37), on page 18, paragraph 2a, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred is amended to read as follows:
| "(37) Negros Occidental Provincial Hospital, Bacolod A-000.2a (76) | |
| (a) Construction of Kitchen for Contagious Diseases Pavilion | ₱15,000.00 |
| (b) Construction of Laboratory Building | 15,000.00" |
Section 2. The following item is hereby inserted on page 22, after item (62) (d), paragraph 2a, title A, section one of same Act:
| "(63) Negros Occidental Emergency Hospital Himamaylan A-000.2a (80) Construction | ₱25,000.00" |
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
