[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5968, June 21, 1969 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF SANTA PRAXEDES, FORMERLY LANGAÑGAN, IN THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, INTO A REGULAR MUNICIPALITY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Municipal District of Santa Praxedes, formerly Langañgan, in the Province of Cagayan, is hereby converted into a regular municipality, to foe known as the Municipality of Santa Praxedes.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
