REPUBLIC ACT No. 9462; May 15, 2007

AN ACT NAMING THE SOUTHERN TAGALOG ARTERIAL ROAD (STAR) TO APOLINARIO MABINI SUPERHIGHWAY (AMS)

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. This Act shall be officially known as the “Apolinario Mabini Superhighway Act“.

Sec. 2. This Act officially names the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR) to Apolinario Mabini Superhighway (AMS) .

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on June 6, 2005 and February 19, 2007, respectively.
